Account information — your name, email address and password when you create an account. Your password is stored only in encrypted form by our authentication provider; we never see it.

Job information — the original files you upload, the finished files we return, the vehicle and ECU details you enter, and the status and history of each job.

Communications — messages you send us through the portal enquiry form, by email or by phone.

Technical data — standard server and security logs (such as IP address and timestamps) needed to run and protect the portal.

We use your information to run your account and deliver your jobs (performance of a contract), to review and approve new accounts and keep the portal secure (legitimate interests), to reply to enquiries (legitimate interests), and to keep records required by law (legal obligation).

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Files and job details are stored privately against your account and are visible only to you and the KryptoPerformance team working on the job. Our hosting and authentication providers process account and storage data on our behalf under contract; they may not use it for their own purposes.

We share data with others only when the law requires it.

We keep account and job data for as long as your account is active, so you can access your history. Inactive accounts and their associated files may be deleted after a reasonable period. We keep records we are legally required to keep for the period the law sets.

Uploads are stored privately and access is limited to verified accounts and our team. Accounts must confirm their email address and be approved by us before they can access the portal. Traffic to and from the portal is encrypted.

We only use essential cookies to keep you signed in and keep the portal secure — no advertising or analytics tracking. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. Email sales@kryptoperformance.co.uk and we will action your request.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how we handle your data, though we would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
