To the fullest extent permitted by law, KryptoPerformance is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of a modified file, including vehicle damage, loss of earnings, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

It remains your responsibility to ensure the vehicle is road-legal in your jurisdiction after any modification, and to comply with all applicable emissions and vehicle regulations.
